athlete's best friend
because you can incorporate so many good things into a
quick, drinkable, portable meal or pre/post workout plan.


The possibilities are endless! Add nuts, seeds, nut butters, yogurt, kefir, protein powders, collagen, veggies, fruits, coconut water, almond milk, and so on! The key to a good smoothie is making sure there are healthy fats, fiber (from fruits/veggies), and protein included. Many smoothies can be pure sugar if fruit is the only thing used so make sure it’s balanced. Make it even easier by creating smoothie bags in the freezer so the ingredients are ready to go, just add the liquid. Also, having a powerful blender like a Vitamix really helps to make smoothies easy to drink so invest in one if you can.
